In compliance to the GO vide no 781(31)-Edn(U)/HED-12016(99)/29/2026-UNV SEC- Deptt. of HE dated 11.06.2026, Eligibility of a candidate under OBC category based on his/her Non-Creamy Layer(NCL) status at the time of admission. In this regard, Reservation under the OBC category is admissible only to candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer and possessing a valid OBC-NCL certificate issued by the competent authority.
